Cendikia: Journal of Social Science, Law, and Education is committed to maintaining academic integrity and upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. To ensure the originality of published works, all submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process.

Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, or excessive textual similarity will be rejected and may be returned to the authors for clarification when necessary.

The maximum similarity limits accepted by the journal are:

  • Overall Similarity Index: not more than 20%
  • Similarity from a Single Source: not more than 5%

The editorial board reserves the right to conduct further investigation if any ethical concerns, suspected plagiarism, or publication misconduct are identified during the review or publication process.

Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality of their manuscripts and for providing accurate citations and references for all sources used in their work.

Any violation of publication ethics may result in manuscript rejection, article retraction, or other appropriate editorial actions in accordance with international publishing standards.
